As the UX Lead for Meta’s Profile & Identity organization, I oversaw the design of foundational profile systems and led the UX team in architecting a scalable, cross-app profile platform. This system provided the core infrastructure for users, creators, and businesses to express their identities—enabling deeper cross-product connections and supporting a healthier, more engaged community within the Facebook ecosystem.

As Director of Design for TurboTax Suite of products (Online, Desktop, Retail, iOS, Android), I was responsible for creating UX product visions and strategic roadmaps that lead to the growth of the tax filing product, in addition to paving bold new ideas for future innovations. Grounded on customer empathy and data backed research, I led the teams through the design process solving to drive the product vision, with focus on design excellence.
